Pasadena Lutheran church marks 120 years

The San Gabriel Valley's oldest Lutheran congregation is celebrating its 120th anniversary with a community carnival May 26 and a worship service May 27. Historic First Lutheran Church of Pasadena is also marking the 75th anniversary of its current church building at 808 N. Los Robles Ave., which is a city designated landmark. "We as a congregation are standing upon a rich history but looking forward to an even richer future knowing that God has got even greater things in mind for our future than he has for our past," Rev.
