Man found in bathroom of San Marino home charged with 2 burglaries

A burglary suspect who police say was caught hiding in the bathroom of a San Marino home was charged Wednesday, Aug, 1, with breaking into two homes. Richard Rayyis, 51, of Los Angeles, was charged with two counts of first-degree residential burglary, one count of grand theft, one count of possession of a billy club and one count of identity theft, according to Greg Risling, a spokesman with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
