“Before, they were able to count them at the precincts. Now, they have to count them at one central point, at the board of elections. It's going to be after 12 o'clock before we have any idea of where it stands.”
Problems caused by severe winter weather, coupled with a change in policy because the state switched back to paper ballots, forced community leaders in Hardin County to wait for several hours late Tuesday ... via Lima News
