Man Arrested at Border Crossing for Criminal Possession of Marijuana
On May 16, New York State Police BCI in Alexandria Bay, arrested Guglielmo D'ettorre, 21, of Saint Leonard, Quebec, for criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree.
