Watertown man accused of harassment

Police said Anthony G. Porcaro, 25, of 813 LeRay St., Apt. 3, followed Mega A. Gedbow, Alexandria Bay, down Arsenal, Court, Coffeen and North Massey streets on Aug. 8. Charged at his residence at 9:39 a.m. Saturday with second-degree harassment, he is scheduled to appear in City Court.
