Regent defends Iowa State study at his cattle farm

University researchers have been working with Summit Farms _ which is owned by Iowa Board of Regents President Bruce Rastetter _ to study whether cattle grow bigger and healthier with less feed if they stand on rubber mats instead of concrete.
