let's compare medical marijuana and murder, brilliant. Some people have no argument so they say absurd things like this. Just strengthens the medical mj argument when people say "let's legalize murder". Big difference between a victimless act and hurting somebody.

the best reason to vote no on b are flippant, sarcastic people. measure g protects the innocent from people like these. they havent had to go through chemo. their lives are comfortable and insulated.they support the war, though have never been in combat.i hope im a witness when they experience radical mastectomy.

Doesn't sound like a big grower. Lets hope the LEO's don't use this as a reason to bust the victim. One pound. Hmmm... not too much, but I do wonder how the suspect knew he was a patient.

Uh... RC?

You spelled "patient" incorrectly...

Patient is spelled "d-r-u-g d-e-a-l-e-r"

There now, that's better.

I am always glad to help you out... anytime.

If people were only allowed 8 ounces they probably wouldn't get robbed at gun point.

Another reason to vote YES on B.

One pound is less than the legal county limit. Where is the dealing?

Great question!

However... uh, uh-oh... another mis-spelled word there RC.

Suspect is spelled "c-l-i-e-n-t"

How's that... you ask, and I answer!

Me and you RC, we are a GREAT team!

Well, I have to go to work now, huh? wha? oh... work?, what's that you ask? Well, let's see, it means...

work
/werrk/, n., adj., v., worked or (Archaic except in some senses, esp. 24, 26, 29) wrought; working.
n.
1. exertion or effort directed to produce or accomplish something; labor; toil.
2. something on which exertion or labor is expended; a task or undertaking.
3. productive or operative activity, esp. employment to earn one's living: to look for work.
4. one's place of employment: Don't phone me at work.

OK? That should keep you very busy 'til I get home, lookin' up all them words 'n stuff... OK, later... gotta go!

Its sure a good thing to be innocent until proven guilty by a jury of your peers. All you keep doing is trying and convicting someone based on a newspaper article. You throw around sarcastic and satirical ( probably misspelled, I know) statements when others on here, myself included, are trying to have a rational discussion. I doubt you are able to have one, hence the satire and sarcasm.

BTW, I graduated prep school with honors and hold 2 college degrees, so trying to imply that I am not intellegent is a waste of time.

So, 1/2 pound and he wouldn't have been robbed? yeah, making one pound a felony will stop the crime. Not too sure how you rationalized that one.

These dweebs are being robbed because they are hanging out with poopy-bags. That's what happens when you hang out with poopy-bags, they can't be trusted. You get what you deserve when you commit crime. Peter up there may be on to something...I mean why waste all this time chasing after 'drug dealers' and 'clients?' Looks as if they sooner or later will implode with little help from 'the good guys.'

Law enforcement works on a very simple premise...self compliance. It's sort of like being a good parent. Give them rules and consequences for breaking those rules. oh, and then of course, follow-up and consistency.

Society must have rules to protect those of us who choose to follow the very simple, basic, rules, from those of you who do not...or else we would have chaos - which is exactly where we are heading here in Mendocino County. If you think the money and violence is worth the obvious degradation of our community...keep doing what you are doing and you'll soon enough find out.

Now, for clarification purposes, since you seen to get your feeling easily hurt, you = anyone who is doing said action. If that is not you...then move on, if it is you...I won't be responsible for your feelings.

What crime did they commit? they had LESS THAN the county limits. the only crime in this article is the individual who robbed them. Unless you are reading a different article than I am.

It's not about being robbed for 1 pound or even a half of a pound. It's about how crime, in general, is attached to pot "industry" we have here... be it illegal, medical or otherwise, the system is a sham and needs to be corrected.

YES on B.
