Store owners sue over tobacco sting

“Without a doubt, but if they want to run an ordinance, they should run it professionally, with state guidelines. But why punish the smokers?”

Two county store owners are suing Mendocino County over its cigarette business license program by which both are on three-week cigarette sales suspensions they say are unfair. via Ukiah Daily Journal
