Heat-wise, it's one for the record books
Both the Twin Cities and the state topped historical high temperatures today. Minneapolis beat the record of 95 degrees set in 1932 by topping out at 98, according to Shawn DeVinny, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service Office in Chanhassen.
