Alamo Heights voters crush City Hall proposal

Alamo Heights voters turned out in record numbers on Election Day Tuesday nearly three times the volume than for last year's presidential election handily rejecting a $10.3 million bond referendum for new municipal facilities while passing a measure to lower residential speed limits.
