FBI, US Attorney Close to Indicting Don Perata

According to a report by Robert Gammon of the East Bay Express, the FBI and the US Attorney's office is close to indicting state senate pro-tem Don Perata on corruption charges. The investigation has touched on Perata's son, Nick Perata, and his daughter, Rebecca Perata-Rosati, of Alameda.
