I can't believe how many Americans are facing this problem right now. It's time that the government got more involved and stopped lenders from taking advantage of honest homeowners!

Its also about time that prospective homeowners read their mortgage contract before they sign on the dotted line so they know what they are in for. IF you sign for a variable rate mortgage don't be pissed off at the mortgage company when your interest rate goes up.
Yes there are some company that had shady practices but too many people want more house that they can afford at any cost.
It's called being financially responsible

Just ask Rita Z. in Medina she knows how and why! Just ask her about her little episode with the HUD fraud she and Mr. Parker were nailed with back in 2006. Gee do you think that's why she lost her job with Realty USA???

I would think the best action would be for people to make their mortgage payments on time.

i think if u cant afford a house, u shouldnt buy one..nobodys problem but your own..sorry..

If you cannot afford one then go on Welfare they will buy one for you! They will make your mortgage payment and taxes and Homeowners insurance as well!This is a fact! Just ask Rita and she will get you into a home. Want proof just drive by 221 south ave.
