Aiken County cops have to do something to justify their budget. Probably nothing more than unfounded unsupported allegations from a sexually active teenager looking for attention. Bet is that there is absolutely no corroborating evidence which supports these allegations, just a statement from an unreliable so-called victim. Hope when that charges are dropped he sues everyone involved to include the arresting officer who probably did little or no investigation.
