This article has a sleazy, gossipy tone that I dislike. It is not journalism to assassinate the character of people in unfortunate circumstances, such as foreclosure.
The ghoulish preoccupation with mold, dishes on the table and gas generators is NOT NEWS, but rather a disgusting and shameful attempt to sell papers.
Very low quality writing by someone who is obviously not willing to do their homework. A much more worthy article on the Taconic Restaurant was written by Bonnie Obremski for the Transcript.
Take a lesson, Scott Stafford, and ask yourself if what you are writing is really journalism - or is it gossip-mongering?
