Man pleads guilty to grocery store arson

SIOUX FALLS - A man said he was paid nearly $60,000 by the owner of a Gettysburg grocery store to burn down the business so the owner could collect insurance money from a Minnesota company.

i'm kind of surprised at how long it took to find enough evidence bring this case forward. if memory serves me, it was ruled accidental by the fire inspector. gossip around town that it was arson was hot at the time of the incident... although if you believe everything you hear in gettysburg... well... we'd all be in trouble. haha

I bet the fire inspector works for Potter County South Dakota I got a little corruption story of my own about corruption in Gettysburg SD having had everything taken away from me by the sheriff and known lotlord in Gettysburg.
