Those things are so dangerous. The law needs to do a better job keeping those things off the street.

I too am sorry for this young man's family. But let me get this off my chest. Law enforcement can only do so much in rural areas of the parish and ATV riders are well aware of the rules of the road. I'm not being ugly, I'm being truthful. It is a tragic situation all the way around, and perhaps his death will not be in vain.

Yes he did. in younger years, he went to school in Erath.. Nice little guy.

he was in the road driving his 4 wheeler all crazy and the girl came off the bridge and the girl swerved not to hit him and the guy jerked his 4 wheeler and he flew off and landed in the road in front the truck and the girl ran him over, cops said it was his fault because he was NOT supposed to be driving a 4 wheeler on the road, the girl took a *breathalizer* test and pee test she past both, his body stayed on the road for 4 hours, the girl stayed there too, say what yall want this came from the girls brother

he was not ran over and did not stay there for 4 hrs and this is from news and sheriff report

You must be a card carrying liberal. Here we have a person who is plenty old enough to know not to ride on the road and its the laws fault for not doing a better job keeping him off the road. Am I the only one that sees something wrong with this?? I do feel for the family and I pray for them, however his actions are directly responsable for the incident that took his life and no one else. People need to start taking responsability for thier actions and be willing to accept the consequinces. This is very sad, however its his family that will now have to suffer.
