Police say manager attacked by man who hid in popular North Side tavern

Chicago police say they believe an armed man dressed in black somehow hid and lay in wait inside a popular Wrigleyville tavern before making an attack on the manager.

We need conceal and carry laws in Illinois. The bartender has a gun he could kill the lawbreaker. This would be of particular help for lawbreakers who smoke in bars. Shoot these drug addicts and end this crime spree.
