Police: Reported carjacking, kidnapping was made up

Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have arrested a man who they say admitted to making up a story about a carjacking and kidnapping Thursday night.

When are th epolice going to look more closely into that incident where the security guard said he was shot in the bullet proof vest?
