Weather wreaks havoc on city work

Temperatures plummeted in recent weeks as St. Albert was blanketed with snow, an unexpectedly cold start to what would normally be autumn. Although the snow has since melted and hasn't yet fallen again as of Tuesday afternoon, it put a damper on all city construction.
