Markham prepared for illegal dumping if Toronto garbage strike goes ahead

Will a strike in the Big Smoke see Torontonians tossing their trash in Markham? Unless talks between a city workers' union and the City of Toronto prove fruitful this weekend, about 24,000 workers, including garbage collection staff, could be off the job Monday.

i'd be pissed off if they toss their trash in markham. Markham doesnt have to involve toronto's problem.
