Waste firm faces odour charges
The Quebec Ministry of Environment has charged a waste management company with emitting foul odours while it was composting Ottawa sewage sludge and pulp mill waste at a plant in l'Ange-Gardien near Buckingham.
For some years, students and parents at Ecole de l'Ange-Gardien in North Lancaster have been raising money for the purchase of playground equipment for the school yard.
