Three-legged puppy found in Romania finds a new home in Enderby B.C.

It all started on the streets of Romania and now Arctic, the three-legged, four-month-old puppy, is enjoying his new home in Enderby, B.C. Laura Meechan said she fell in love with Arctic when she saw photos of him shortly after he lost his leg when he was hit by a train.
