Class-action suit allowed against Aeroplan for cancelled points
A Quebec court has granted authorization to launch a class-action lawsuit against Groupe Aeroplan Inc., after the company began to cancel points accumulated in its loyalty program for those who did not contribute or redeem their accounts for one year.
