Mayor slams city LRT plan

This route should be planned to get maximum passengers, not to save a few dollars on construction. It's purpose is to move people. Establish some one way streets and avnues and have the trauin run on one side of existing streets, the street cars ran dowwn the centre of the street, but the drivers drove their cars with reasonable care. One does not see that kind of drivers today.

You are insane. I have family connections to people directly involved with heading up the south lrt expansion, and it's so so so much more complicated than that. There are tons of reasons that they can't just build it where they want to.

Trust me, a huge group of highly educated and high intelligent people are running this, and they know how to do their jobs a lot better than some random person on the internet does.

There's a reason they get paid to do that job and you don't.

Although reading your letters to council and having to respond to the sheer idiocy that some of you come up with is said to be quite good for some laughs around the office.
