Sure wish I could have been there but will be involed in the Portland OR shut down on May 1ST and 2ND Let'S GET TOGETHER AND SAY NO TO HIGH FUEL PRICES AND BRING THE US TO A STAND STILL I AM ONLY ONE TRUCKER WITH 1 TRUCK ON THE ROAD AND WE NEED ALL OF US AS OWNERS TO STEP UP AND JUST SAY NO TO HIGH FUEL AND YES TO CHEAP FUEL SO SURRPORT THE NO BUY FUEL DAY MAY 1ST AND 2ND THIS IS A NO BUTY DAY FOR ALL TYPES OF FUELS IE GAS ETC ETC JUST SAY NO ON MAY 1ST AND 2ND

My other thought was the lack of TRUCKER'S that showed up!(400) I too wish I could of been there, but that's money on fuel I can't afford, I SUPPORTED the shutdown JAN 03-08, also APR 01-05, NOW MAY 01! I can't afford to play around with you guys any more! I commend the guys that made it there but what did it gain, The Government ELITIES probably had a good laugh, these ASSJACKS just don't get it.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news and all BUT these protests are useless without OOIDA'a support. Untill that happens and there is a MASS shutdown, you know more than a few hundred trucks, no one will look. Maybe if all the trucks delivering to Walmart just didn't deliver and sat in the parking lot blocking the entrance, maybe that would make the news.

I just don't understand the american public, prices are higher every day,everyone is whining and crying and fussing about gas,diesel,milk,bread,etc. The oil giants are laughing,congress don't care, opec is breaking it off in us, and we just suck on it! Untill the public, not just truckers, make a stand, it's never going to get better.So WAKE UP AMERICA or shut up and keep sucking.
