Alcoa Names Kleinfeld Chief Executive Officer; Belda to Keep Chairman Post
Alcoa Inc. , the world's third-largest aluminum producer, named Klaus Kleinfeld chief executive officer and said Alain Belda will step down after almost four decades with the company. via Bloomberg
