Record-setting Dead Zones Predicted For Gulf Of Mexico, Chesapeake Bay
Donald Scavia, a professor at the U-M School of Natural Resources and Environment , makes the annual forecasts using models driven by nutrient load estimates from the U.S. Geological Survey.
