Electronic Arts arranges $1 billion to finance Take-Two bid
Electronic Arts, the largest video-game publisher said it arranged $1 billion in loans to help pay for its $2 billion offer to buy Take-Two Interactive Software, publisher of the "Grand Theft" titles. via SiliconValley.com
