If you pass the corner of St. Urbain and Fleury Sts. in Ahuntsic, chances are you'll see a full house at restaurant Le St-Urbain. Enter the room, and you're faced with a long, narrow space counting 48 seats, a black leather banquette along the wall, an open kitchen at the back, and a huge blackboard listing the nightly specials.
