Mattamy Homes Sales Soar at Kings Trace in St. Augustine
Dennis Ginder, division president of Mattamy Homes in Jacksonville, said sales associate Jacki Matthews sold the homes since August at an average sales price of $190,000.
Mattamy Homes currently has 79 homesites available at Kings Trace where new three, four and five bedroom single family homes range from 1,300 to 2,900 square feet of living space, and are priced from the $160s.
