Man sentenced to 21 years in child porn case

A Pownal, Vt., man was sentenced in the U.S. District Court in Albany on Wednesday to more than 21 years imprisonment on two charges of possessing child pornography.

that's how Vermont keeps these creeps off the steeets, send them to NY to be tried and convicted. Judge Hayes probably would have given him therapy and probation.

The scumbag does 5 years, then lifetime supervision?

One wonders if the ADMITTED pedophile was supervised after its '98 conviction for molesting an 8 year old boy?

This man just had on his computer, and he got 21 years. Why can't Vermont put man like this who actually molest children away for the same amount of time. If he had been tried in Vermont, Judge Hayes would have given him probation. It is nice to see the justice system work in the victims favor, even if it is in another state.

21 years is 100 years short of the term I would have given him and that would have been for each count!
