Offshoring key TeleTech strategy
Denver Business Journal - Offshoring recently helped TeleTech Holdings Inc. report the highest quarterly revenue in its 25-year history -- rocketing shares nearly 24 percent on Feb. 8, amid projections the Englewood-based company would experience double-digit growth in the next two years.
But while much has been said about the financial benefits of offshoring, TeleTech executives say the company's global expansion isn't simply about boosting the bottom line through "cheap labor."
