Sleibhin that is the way to break the UMWA they did in 1984thru1988. Aint a thing new the NLRB has not done much in it's history. The longer the mine is down the easier it is to rid them of the UMWA miner. And Ceial Roberts anit helped the union miner any. he in all other shops and not the coal mine. I am not a supporter of unions however I do belive if they elect one to repersent them then I think they should expect more than they are getting.

Bill : Unions had their place in getting a fair shake for the Miners and other workers . Unfortunately, once corruption and greed took hold, the usefulness was lost . So , as far as Miners go, the Union doesn't really serve them and for sure MSHA is in the Twilight Zone .
