MaxLinear Files For IPO

Carlsbad-based MaxLinear , a developer of RF analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, has filed for an IPO, saying in a filing today that it is looking to raise up to $100M in an IPO on either the Nasdaq Global Market or the New York Stock Exchange.
