Illinois Tool to Buy Enodis for $2.1 Billion, Trumping Bid From Manitowoc
Illinois Tool Works Inc. , the manufacturer of Duo-Fast nail guns and Wilsonart countertops, agreed to buy Enodis Plc for $2.1 billion, trumping a rival offer for the U.K. catering-gear maker from Manitowoc Co. via Bloomberg
