No wonder people are not happy with Charter Cable and Internet Services. I have been due a refund from Charter Cable since March 18, 2008 when I cancelled and returned the modem. Charter charges a month in advance and had I realized this I would not have paid my bill. But I paid my bill in good faith. I have called four times and they tell me I will receive my refund in 3 weeks!
This company has no regard for their reputation or for people........ bottom line is all they want is your money and they lie to you.
