Civil Air Patrol plans weekend exhibit

Kate Whitacre, a 19-year-old cadet colonel with the Civil Air Patrol, will be part of the its aircraft display today and Sunday at Tri-State Aero on U.S. 41, north of Whirlpool Corp.
