Same ALPA, same arguments. Seems that the industry standard is date of hire, although this may generate a lot of training cycles.

1 Al, did you miss the part about it is the start of arbitration and the process calls for each side to present its views. If both sides currently agreed, then there would be no need for arbitration would there? |

1 Ok, I know it's Friday night, but if your drunk, don't write a post. It's very obvious. |

Northgate 31 Fayette County 13, EC scores Rudy. Kind of a useless post unless you have something on your mind. Ya never got back to me on very dangerous 757 crosswind limits-don't worry-it's not something they tell line pilots. Tell me, ya comin? Alot of our buds are Delta. Can't remember if you flew military. You seem to have had a drink before you posted. RSVP HERE. Cheers! From Cornfield County...FS and EC from your company will try to come...let'em...they're a little uptight, except for one of them, and they know which one to which I refer... Cheers, |

The cross wind limits, as I understand it are the demonstrated cross winds Boing post. Delta has incorporated them into a/c limits to protect themselves, and the pilots legally. If you went off the runway above the demonstrated crosswind limit of Boing, you would have a lot of explaining to do to the FAA and probably not a whole lot to base your case on. I'll try to make it, if not on a trip. Thanks for the invite. CHEERS |
