Pilots union files suit against Spirit

The Air Line Pilots Association has filed suit in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan against Miramar-based Spirit Airlines .

Ben Baldanza running another airline into the ground? Say it isn’t so! It sure is funny that Ben and his cronies are getting their bonuses and pay raises without having to make any sacrifices while all employees take cut after cut. The creditors to Spirit are not getting paid either. Good Luck Fly Boys!! I hope ALPA kicks their butt because Ben Baldanza can add Airline destruction to his belt!!

It's very unfortunate to see scumbags such as Ben Baldanza taking in bonuses that come from employees paycuts. But that's why he's there in the first place, to suck the blood off its employees, generating less expense for the airline and putting some green in his pocket for his "job well done". I hate to see people losing their jobs, but this is the one instance in which Spirit will be better off gone.
