Hiring 19 yr olds and subjecting them to enormous stress is another failure step in the airlines .. combined with turnover .. leading to what must be the world's most transparent farce, the idea there's "security" in the airports and on the planes.

I think I'm making pretty decent money for the work I do as a Flight Attendant, but then again, I work for a Canadian airline that does pay me fairly.
