No worries. Gerard and the rest of upper management will soon be compensated handsomely. There are plenty of front line employees working paycheck to paycheck that can afford to foot the bill.

Time is on the sids of Gerard. There is a cash balance of close to 4 billion, after this latest grounding. Upper management will be paid for the increase in the stock. Operatinal/Front line employee's will apologize, be embarassed, and feel sick to their stomach for the service they are forced to provide.

Smelling like a rose at the end i,m sure.
bankruptcy at the perfect time when all the contracts are up for negotiations. I am sure this will take place only after the April 16th pay out
and after April 17th sell off of the stock bonuses.

The executive salaries are market driven. Don Carty is doing even better at Dell.

None of us like the amounts these guys are paid but Gerard would do better by walking away from AA. Labor salaries will never rebound - do the math.

AA preserved the pensions. They should get some credit for doing the right thing.

You read where these people will tell folks like me, if you don't like it quit and get another job. A CEO can follow his pals around. I can't start off @ about $20 and hour somewhere else. I truly am trapped. The unions sacrified to keep those pensions, they were not a gift from the company. I am suffering now to have something later. What gets the hourly worker is when you ask for a raise, and you are told we are broke. Then after the CEO walks form the table he puts millions in his pocket. That is why Carty is at Dell. He was thrown out of AA after the concessionary contracts of 2002
