Pacers recognize man who helped keep them in Indy

Mel Simon , one of the two people responsible for keeping the Indiana Pacers in Indianapolis, became the sixth person to be recognized in the rafters at Conseco Fieldhouse by the organization during a ceremony before Friday's game against the Washington Wizards.
