Good for Kirk -- he deserves it! I hope the rest of the Bulls get their act together long enough for Kirk to maximize his potential (in all areas, i.e., offense as well defense) this year in Chicago.

Capt. Klank the circle dribbling, clock eating, career inconsistent shooter who is tooooooooo slow to beat any one off the dribble should be traded asap........ he is afraid to go to the rim.

All Kirk needs now is to get his head out his asss and start playing like he is in the NBA!! I still think him getting married last year was the straw that broke the camels back!!

He really is a legend out here. But as a Bulls fan, I wish he played a lot better in the pros...

Hey Toto, we're not in Kansas anymore. Look, it's a great honor for Kirk. That's no small honor, nor is it a small school that's giving the honor; however, until he's retired from the NBA, his accolades on the pro level are what he needs to measure up to. From what i saw from him last season, there would be no accolades to receive.

the only thing that'll surprise me is if paxson trades him. we all know reinsdorf loves him.

when this is over, will Paxson come out and do something about Gordon and Deng? or will he do absolutely nothing for the second straight offseason and totally get away with it?

Deng was resigned this offseason to an extension and Gordon will resign for the 1 year 6.4 million because he has no choice. |
