AUSTRALIAN star Patty Mills will miss the rest of the NBA finals due to injury. Mills' NBA club San Antonio Spurs reported Monday that Mills had undergone surgery to remove an abscess from between his fourth and fifth toes, a problem which was preceded by an infection in the same foot.
