Reds' Cueto reinstated for Monday start

The Cincinnati Reds made three roster moves on Thursday. The club placed pitcher Johnny Cueto on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to August 16, with right shoulder inflammation, reinstated pitcher Micah Owings from the 15-day DL, and sent third baseman Scott Rolen on a rehab assignment to Triple-A Louisville.
