I guess it's pretty easy to offer these types of benefits when one has an carte blanche checking account by which they can offer and pay for these types of ancillary benefits.
I'm curious to know, does John O'Grady still have his restaurant business? If so, does he, or did he offer these types of benefits? I'm guessing not. It would be too costly for the average small business owner.
