Family Vows To Fight Ruling In Taser Death

A federal judge has ruled that the family of a man who died after being shocked with a Taser cannot sue Frederick County or the Sheriff's Office.

I'd love to see the breakdown of that $145M. That must be his future lost wages . . . . as the CEO of Apple.
