Family Vows To Fight Ruling In Taser Death

A federal judge has ruled that the family of a man who died after being shocked with a Taser cannot sue Frederick County or the Sheriff's Office.

A grand jury ruled in May that Corporal Rudy Torres was justified in using his Taser to subdue the 20-year-old Gray after Gray did not obey commands to show his hands.

this should be the end of it!

Well now their suing other departments and officers that weren't even involved. Sound like their in it for the $$ to me.

Like throwing $hit against the wall to see what sticks, they'll keep trying to sue anyone with deep pockets and see what they can get. I'd love to see the breakdown of that $145M. That must be his future lost wages . . . . as the CEO of Apple.
