Yes I agree. It did sound a little funny to me also at first, but when you're f**ked up and no one knows (except those there) how much she had, or whether it was joke, or she was goofing around. It could me a number of things, so it could have really been an accident. But as far as the lifeguards they should be charged or have their priveleges revoked for not attempting any type of recessitation before help arrived.

I guess K-swift was not to swift when it came to reading directions. It warns against diving into pools which are like hers.

She must have thought she was way to hip to read the instruction.

Also her choice of friends leaved a lot to desire when not not of them came to her aid.

Also you do not have life guards for a pool at your home.

This was a terrible accident that should never have happened.

But in the end it was her own fault that it happened.

Leave it to a loser to say the most ignorant things @ the wrong time. We all make mistakes....sometimes there is no coming back from them. Lets be smarter. Love you Swift....its not how long you lived, but the mark that leave in your lifte time. xoxo

....and just to give you a lil fyi...she did have life guards there. Its better to be well inform of what happen before speakin negative about a situation that you obviously have no insight on. Guess you dont read to well either..lol. It kind of doesnt matter what really happen bc she's gone. If you're not being positive have enough respect as a human...better yet just try being mature enough to not say anything at all....I know its hard for a loser, but we just ask that you try.

To clear up all of this. A friend of mine was at the party. K-swift did jump in and break her neck. There were 2 nurses and one life gaurd there(friends of Swifts)AND they did come to her aid IMMEDIATELY when she surfaced in the pool. 911 was called and they did everything for her (while on the line w/ 911)until the ambulanced arrived 4 min after the intial call!!! Now do you really think her friends would just sit watch and do nothing until help arrived (like the media reported)... drunk or not drunk??? Come on people, think about what you are saying before you post your thoughts!! Have some respect and stop assuming the worst of every situation. To everyone else's comments and thoughts... Swifts family and friends really are thankful.
