You wanna know why there's so much crime? Montgomery County is asking the council members to make budget cuts. One recommendation is to limit prison inmates to 2 or 3 rolls of toilet paper a week. Holy Sit! How many do they get now?!?
A 2 foot by 6 foot cell, no windows, a hole in the floor for necessities, and brick and mortar the door shut until their sentence is done. One brick left out to shovel in the gruel. Oh, and a razor blade and short length of rope. Just in case they can't deal with their time they can call it quits.
