MICHIGAN GOVERNOR PREDICTS END OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE Yes, it is true. Governor Jennifer Granholm said she could "see the end of the internal combustion engine" in the near future and the end of that era in the mighty Michigan manufacturing machine.
